The Patient Access Specialist Team Leader will oversee and manage the patient access process, ensuring efficient and effective patient registration and financial information collection across outpatient, residential and inpatient programs. To support the mission of Helio Health, the Peer Specialist/Certified Recovery Peer Advocate(CRPA) assists individuals in recovery with regaining independence in their communities and sustaining their own recovery and improving their overall health. This role is vital to the management and coordination of services to patients/residents participating in, or who have completed our treatment programs. This is a Full-Time position working Evening Shifts, located at our Elements of CNY Residential Program in Liverpool, NY.    The schedule for this position will be Tuesday-Saturday, 4:00pm-12:30am.   In addition to Helio Health’s comprehensive benefits package, Full-Time hires for this position are eligible for a Sign-On Incentive up to $1,500!   Pay: $21.01 - $24.04 per hour.

Helio Health is looking for a CCBHC Targeted Case Manager (Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic) to support its mission of promoting recovery from the effects of substance use and mental health disorders and other health issues. This role is vital to Case Management and coordination of services to patients/residents participating in, or who have completed our treatment programs. This is a Full-Time position and located at our Syracuse Outpatient Program.    In addition to Helio Health’s comprehensive benefits package, Full-Time hires for this position are eligible for a Sign-On Incentive up to $1,500!   Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour.

Helio Health’s Child & Adolescent Clinic operates satellite offices at many school districts throughout Central, NY.  Currently, Helio Health is looking to hire a School Based Mental Health Therapist (Licensed Counselor) to provide counseling services for the West Genesee School District. The Mental Health Counselor work with students by providing a variety of mental health needs, including anxiety, depression, attention issues, problematic behaviors, trauma, substance use issues, issues with family and interpersonal functioning, and more. This position is a Full-Time position with Helio Health. When school is not in session, counselors will be providing services at our Child & Adolescent Clinic as part of our Outpatient program.   In addition to Helio Health’s comprehensive benefits package, Full-Time Licensed Counselors are eligible for a Sign-On Incentive between $3,000-$8,000 depending upon licensure!   Pay: $25.03 - $31.77 per hour.

The Utilization Case Manager will work on a Full-Time basis supporting our Willows Inpatient Program. The Counselor Aide is responsible to operate as a team member in providing services to residents with mental health issues and chemical addictions. To support the Mission of Helio Health, Inc., the Health Home Plus Care Manager will provide comprehensive care management and coordination of services to Health Home enrollees and eligible Medicaid/Medicaid Managed Care community members. The Health Home Plus Care Manager will work in a Full-Time basis as part of Helio Health’s In-Community program.   In addition to Helio Health’s comprehensive benefits package, this position is eligible for a Sign-On incentive between $1,500-$3,000 depending upon licensure!   Pay: $21.60 - $25.55 per hour.

To support the mission of Helio Health, Inc., the Chief Marketing Officer will provide oversight and execution of Helio Health’s marketing and advertising initiatives and community awareness. The Chief Marketing Officer will provide oversight of the Marketing Team to provide community relations development to increase utilization and diversify payer mix for program stability and quality improvement and agency consistency of brand standards.     Pay Rate: $156,000.00 - $174,000.00 per year.     Working Relationships - Takes direction from Executive Vice President & C.O.O. and keeps them informed of workload. - Consults with President & C.E.O. and Executive Leadership Team Division/Service Directors, Development Director and Human Resources regarding program development and community relations and recommendations for marketing these activities. - Collaborates with Helio Health Board of Directors & Helio Foundation Board of Directors. - Supervises Marketing Staff and/or students/interns/volunteers.

The Senior Patient Access Specialist (PAS) meets with patients entering our programs to collect necessary data including insurance and other information to ensure payment for services. The PAS also processes medical records and enters clinical data into our HIT system necessary to for our team of healthcare providers.
