Helio Health, one of Central NY’s premier behavioral healthcare providers, is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Counselor Aide. The Counselor Aide is responsible to operate as a team member in providing services to residents with mental health issues and chemical addictions. This position is vital in supporting our patients’ success in their treatment and allows for many long-term career opportunities!
We have multiple Per-Diem openings for our Victorian Manor and Friendship Lodge Apartment Programs and have all shifts available.
Helio Health is on a mission to treat and promote recovery from the effects of substance use, mental health disorders, and other behavioral healthcare issues. The Patient Access Specialist (PAS) meets with patients entering our programs to collect necessary data including insurance and other information to ensure payment for services. The PAS also processes medical records and enters clinical data into our HIT system necessary to for our team of healthcare providers.
