To support the mission of Helio Health, Inc., the CCBHC Intern Coordinator and Clinical Trainer will provide administrative support and facilitate evidence-based clinical training identified by Helio Health, Inc.

This position will work Full Time, Monday-Friday, day shift (some evening hours may be required at times)

 

Pay Rate: $70,720 to $75,850/annual

 

In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, this position is eligible for a sign on incentive of $4,000 to $8,000 depending on licensure

 

Responsibilities

  • Leads the CCBHC's intern program to include liaising with colleagues/universities, establishing and providing direct supervision of interns, interview prospective interns, and oversee reporting and documentation requirements.
  • Ensure interns receive the required supervision based on their discipline of study.
  • Support new colleague onboarding to include ensuring office set-up prior to arrival and coordinating with the new colleague supervisor necessary on-site job training.
  • Improve new colleague onboarding experience, ensuring they have the equipment, knowledge and training to successfully perform in their assigned duties. 
  • Provide training on evidence-based practices for a variety of behavioral health presentations.
  • Provide training on CCBHC model adherence, diagnosing, collaborative documentation, cultural competence, screening tools.
  • Provide guidance and support through group and/or individual instruction to staff serving the community.
  • Collaborative with leadership to analyze, identify, and execute training needs and objectives in support of organizational goals.
  • Support the development and administration of clinical training programs.
  • Motivating, influencing and fostering positive relationships within the agency and community.
  • Maintain documentation of training programs, attendance records, and follow up with trainees, post instruction.
  • Evaluate and assist in designing training manuals and related materials, training classes, procedures as well as electronic resources such as forms and employee Intranet resources.
  • May carry a caseload.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree required.
  • New York State LCSW licensure required.
  • Minimum two (2) years of clinical and supervisory experience.
  • Clinical knowledge of behavioral health treatment approaches.
  • Experience with implementing behavioral health Evidence Based Practices.
  • Previous experience facilitating groups or in-service training preferred.
  • An equivalent combination of experience and training may be considered for the experience requirements.
  • Ability to communicate with diverse groups of individuals with varying educational backgrounds and learning styles.
  • Advanced organizational skills

Salary and hourly compensation ranges are provided in accordance with NYS law and are based on Helio Health's good faith belief of what is accurate at the time of posting. Salary and hourly compensation offers are based on candidate's education level and experience relevant to the position and also take into account information provided by the hiring manager and program.
