Overview

At Helio Health, we're dedicated to transforming lives by treating and promoting recovery from substance use, mental health disorders, and other behavioral health issues. We’re seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Mental Health Clinician to join our Team at the Insights CCBHC Outpatient Program and provide deeply rewarding, person-centered, and trauma-informed care to individuals living with mental health and co-occurring disorders.

About the Position:

This is a unique opportunity to engage in impactful therapeutic work within a collaborative care team model. Our clinicians benefit from the support of a multidisciplinary team, including Counselor Aides, Targeted Case Managers, Peer Specialists, Psychiatric Rehabilitation Specialists, and prescribers (including MAT providers). This ensures comprehensive support for both you and your clients. You’ll work with a caseload and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, diagnostic assessments, and treatment planning to help clients meet their identified goals. While the focus of the role is primarily working with individual adult clients, there is opportunity to work with clients throughout the lifespan as well as with couples and families, or groups.

We prioritize the development of our clinicians, providing access to weekly clinical group supervision, consultation groups, and specialized training opportunities focused on specific diagnoses, populations, or therapeutic approaches. You will receive consistent and comprehensive clinical supervision and ongoing administrative support to enhance your skills and advance your professional growth.

Why Work With Us?

  • Empowered Clinical Work: Provide evidence-based therapy in a team setting that allows you to focus on the healing relationship while your colleagues provide scheduling, coordination, navigation, peer support, and daily living skills development.
  • Supportive Supervision: Receive high-quality clinical supervision toward licensure and be guided by compassionate and experienced leaders.
  • Work-Life Balance: Full-time position with flexible day and evening hours and a culture that honors wellness—for both clients and staff.
  • Collaborative Environment: Work alongside a robust team of providers in a community-based model that values each role.
  • Growth and Training: Participate in clinical consultations, specialized training, and receive support in developing your niche or area of interest.

Position Details:

  • Salary Range: $28– $31.00 per hour (based on credentials and experience)

  • Schedule: Flexible schedule within the clinic’s operating hours Monday–Thursday, 8:00am–8:30pm and Friday - Sunday 8:00am - 4:30pm some evening hours required
