The mission of Helio Health, Inc. is: To promote recovery from the effects of substance use and mental health disorders and other health issues. The Patient Access Manager will oversee several Patient Access Team Leaders and manage the patient access process, ensuring efficient and effective patient registration and financial information collection across outpatient, residential and inpatient programs. This is a key role in ensuring a positive patient experience and smooth operations within our organization.

Pay Rate: $80,000.00 - $87,000.00
Proven experience in managing and leading a team in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
In-depth knowledge of behavioral health operations, including admissions processes, insurance verification, and revenue cycle management.
Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and patient access software.
Excellent understanding of Medicaid and Third-party claim procedures for both paper-based and electronic claims.
Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and insurance requirements specific to behavioral health services.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external partners.
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Must be independent, motivated and demonstrate excellent decision-making.
Must be able to work in a dynamic and fast paced work environment and perform under pressure.
