Overview

The mission of Helio Health Inc. is to promote recovery from the effects of substance use and mental health disorders and other health issues. To support this mission, the Information Technology Specialist II provides hardware, network support, training and troubleshooting in a multi-site behavioral healthcare facility. This is a great opportunity to implement solutions for new facilities and acquisitions in a rapidly growing organization. This role will work a hybrid position supporting our Rochester based programs.

 

In addition to Helio Health’s comprehensive benefits package, Full-Time hires for this position are eligible for a Sign-On incentive up to $1,500!

 

Pay Rate: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

  • Provide software, hardware, and network support in a multi-site healthcare facility.
  • Perform general network maintenance, monitor systems, and ensure reliable connectivity.
  • Design solutions for new facilities and acquisitions.
  • Administer Windows Server environments, maintain firewalls, Wi-Fi, and network switches.
  • Support users with technical advice and problem resolution.
  • Administer Office 365, including Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
  • Ensure backup, recovery, and security procedures are in place.
  • Monitor network utilization and upgrade requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or similar field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of IT experience; healthcare experience is a plus.
  • Certifications like Network+, CCNA, A+, MCSE are highly desirable.
