Helio Health is a leading provider of behavioral healthcare and substance use disorder services across Upstate, NY. Our services are provided by a team of over 1,200 colleagues, contractors, interns and volunteers at programs located throughout Syracuse, Rochester, Binghamton, Utica and the Capital Region.
To support the mission of Helio Health, Inc., the Human Resources Director will provide leadership, management, and oversight of the organizations human resource development. The Human Resources Director will have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, staffing, motivating, organizing, and controlling, all human resource development-related activities of the company. This will include direct responsibility for strategic planning, productivity standards and costing, employee relations, compensation, health and employee services benefit analysis and insurances, deal analysis and negotiations, stakeholder relationships, compliance and private, public, and institutional standards and policies.
In addition to Helio Health’s comprehensive benefits package, this position is eligible for a Sign-On Incentive of up to $1,500.00.
Pay Rate: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00

Salary and hourly compensation offers are based on candidate's education level and experience relevant to the position and also take into account information provided by the hiring manager and program.
