Overview

Helio Health is on a mission to treat and promote recovery from the effects of substance use, mental health disorders, and other behavioral healthcare issues. To support the mission of Helio Health, the Residence Manager (Facilities Support Specialist) will provide routine building and grounds maintenance and facilities support to our patients. The Residence Manager (Facilities Support Specialist) will work on a Full-Time basis out of Helio Health’s Green Street Program.

 

In addition to Helio Health’s comprehensive benefits package, Full-Time hires for this position are eligible for a Sign-On incentive up to $1,500!

 

Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm

 

Pay: $15.87 - $17.63 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Assist management of a behavioral health community residence to include physical plant and some periodic food service operations.
  • Facilitate any routine residence room turnovers, furniture moves and general house maintenance.
  • Report housekeeping requirements to the Program Director regarding clients.
  • Ensure food sanitation and infection control policies are followed per Onondaga County Health Department regulations while maintaining food inventory and storage.  
  • When assigned, assist in problem resolution and implementation of program modifications.

Qualifications

  • High School Graduate/Equivalency. 
  • Skilled in monitoring the safety, security, replacement and repair needs of the facility.
  • Ability to relate effectively with staff, clients, and both internal/external community agencies.
  • Exhibits sound judgment and cultural competency.            
  • Capability to work independently and proficient in basic computer applications.
  • Valid NYS Driver's License required.
