We are hiring for several types of Entry Level Healthcare positions to work Full-Time or Part-Time schedules under the supervision of licensed professionals committed to your success!

Pay Rate: $14.20 - $20.60 per hour. 

As an Entry Level Healthcare worker you will be hired to positions titled Counselor Aide or Residential Specialist, and may assist with the following responsibilities:

• Assist counselors, nurses, and program leadership with preparing resources and setting up activities for patients and/or residents.
• Direct service provider responsibilities for adult populations.
• Provide transportation of clients as needed via company vehicle.
• Perform administrative duties such as data entry, patient billing support, etc..
• Adapt to program types such as, residential (Helio Health operated), in-community, inpatient or outpatient programs.
• Maintains confidentiality of all case records and patient information in accordance with HIPAA Regulations.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• NYS Driver’s license preferred.
• Meet agreed upon schedule, and have the ability or flexibility to work evening, nights, weekends as needed.
• A positive attitude steeped with empathy and understanding for those seeking our services.
